Course info
This course is suitable for those students who wish to consider all employment areas of the hospitality industry. It is a practical, work-related course. They will learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. Upon successful completion students can move onto a National Diploma qualification or seek employment as a trainee within a range of options within the hospitality industry.

How much will it cost?
Free to students aged between 16 - 18 on 31/08/08 and are a UK/EU resident studying on a full time course. Students aged 19 or over or are from outside the EU will pay the full fee which covers tuition, exam and resource fees. Concessions available.

Assessment method
Assessment is by coursework.

Entry Requirements
Students need three GCSEs at D or above; or a BTEC Foundation Diploma in a related subject; or a related level 1 qualification; or relevant work experience.
